The Stars and Stripes on the Space Needle is flying at half-staff in remembrance of the victims of the deadly mass shooting that occurred at the Seattle Center during the Bite of Seattle food festival on Sunday. The tragic shooting broke out near the Armory, leaving three people dead and four others wounded.
