Sunday/ at the Parade – Willem's Planet

I made it out to the Pride Parade on Sunday. The weather was very pleasant, and the rain held off – always good since rain on a parade makes for a lot of trouble! I had to leave a little early to go to the airport and fly out to Denver. This is a short work week for me with the Fourth of July coming up.

IMG_2832 sm — Microsoft had a large contingent in the parade, showcasing their involvement and support of the gay community over the years.

IMG_2892 sm — And here is the Facebook group; they were at the tail end of the parade. Facebook has a Seattle office with some 100 engineers.

IMG_2760 sm — Alaska Airlines employees handing out treats and token items to parade watchers (nice hat!).
