Just a few more pictures from the weekend before I dive into the work week. A colorful mushroom from an art gallery on Hollywood Ave in the antique district; I only discovered the area this weekend. The Peninsula has been voted the world’s best hotel on several occasions, and is widely regarded as one of the region’s legendary properties. I stayed in the Peninsula Hotel in 1968 on my way home from India. It was very nice then, but probably much less expensive than now.
